Singapore’s 5th Massive Transit line is the DTL, or Downtown Line saw the opening of this +E192 2.7 mile (4.3 km) line’s 1st Stage back in December 22nd, of 2013. The 2nd and 3rd stages are set to be ready for 2016 and 2017 respectively. The line will bring together the Central-Eastern and North-Western areas to Singapore’s new downtown area.
